La visita guiada se caracterizó por una inusitada velocidad por las zonas a visitar que no nos permitió disfrutar de los monumentos que visitamos. Fuímos dándonos cuenta que la velocidad también era debida a todas las intenciones de venta de todo tipo de servicios y productos que nos ofrecían con paradas incluídas en el recorrido. Un poco desagradable y no lo esperábamos porque habíamos contratado una excursión privada. Cuando dejamos claro que no queríamos nada la atención de la guía se fué.

The guided tour was characterized by an unusual speed through the areas we were visiting, which prevented us from enjoying the monuments we visited. We gradually realized that the speed was also due to the sales pitches offered to us for all kinds of services and products at stops included in the tour. It was a bit unpleasant, and we didn't expect it because we had booked a private tour. When we made it clear we didn't want anything, the guide's attention disappeared.

Purtroppo, il servizio ricevuto è stato inutile e del tutto inadeguato. La nostra guida, per quanto gentile ed educata, non solo non padroneggiava l'italiano ma non ha svolto alcuna funzione reale di guida turistica. Si è limitata ad accompagnarci durante le visite, dall’ingresso all’uscita dei siti, intervenendo solo occasionalmente con brevi commenti nel suo italiano contraddittorio, offrendo informazioni generiche e superficiali.

Ci dispiace che il nostro fornitore locale non sia stato in grado di fornire il servizio prenotato con la consueta qualità. Ci scusiamo per l'accaduto e ti informiamo che abbiamo già provveduto a richiedere un adeguato risarcimento.

Visita acelerada, con un guía con muy poco interés en compartir con nosotros la Historia de su ciudad, y mucho más interés en llevarnos a comprar cosas que no estaban en el tour, no habíamos solicitado, y en las que no teníamos ningún interés.

la guia pasado muy por encima de todos los sitios de interes! No le gustaba China y nos lo hacia notar! En cuanto a la visita de la ciudad prohibida, hemos visto un 20% ... para ella era todo "lo mismo". Le preguntamos acerca de la historia de China y no sabia contestar. Queria acabar el tour pronto y nos dijo que no podiamos parar a comer o tomar un café! Muy decepcionante la verdad para un tour privado!

The guide glossed over all the interesting sites! She didn't like China and pointed it out to us! As for the tour of the Forbidden City, we only saw 20% of it... to her, it was all "the same." We asked her about Chinese history, but she couldn't answer. She wanted to end the tour quickly, and she told us we couldn't stop for food or coffee! Very disappointing, really, for a private tour!

Nuestra intención era hacer el tour en español, no obstante, Civitatis nos informó de que no había disponibilidad y que la única opción era realizarlo en inglés. Al ser bilingues, no nos importó en absoluto. La sorpresa fue que el guía no hablaba en absoluto un inglés básico- entendible. Únicamente entendimos un 10% de la información. No recomendariamos hacer el tour en inglés…

We had intended to take the tour in Spanish, but Civitatis informed us that there was no availability and that the only option was to take it in English. Being bilingual, we didn't mind at all. The surprise was that the guide didn't speak even basic, understandable English. We only understood about 10% of the information. We wouldn't recommend taking the tour in English.
