El gobierno chino cerró la Plaza de Tiananmen para ese día, pero no nos avisaron de que ese día cerraban hasta el momento de ir. Si me hubiesen enviado un mensaje de correo advirtiéndome de que ese día habría cierre de la plaza, hubiese cambiado la excursión de día. De esta manera lo que han conseguido es que me haya quedado sin ver la plaza de Tiananmen. Muy mal no avisar. En segundo lugar el precio me parece excesivo éramos cuatro y nos cobraron el precio de 5, 270 € más 800 yuanes de entradas

El tour no fue excelente ya que nuestra guia no ingreso junto a nosotros a la ciudad prohibida por lo que no pudimos aprender nada en cuanto a su historia. Otro punto que no me gusto fue que no hablaba bien Español y nos costaba entender lo que nos decia.

La guía nos ayudó mucho para conseguir las entradas de la ciudad prohibida, a pesar de que lo cogimos con 3 días de antelación. Las explicaciones que da están muy bien para entender más sobre su cultura y su historia. Nos llevó prueba de tés muy interesante y a una tienda donde elaboran seda, y todo esto a mayores del itinerario. A mayores había que pagar 300¥, únicamente para que lo tengáis en cuenta. The explanations he gives are very good to understand more about their culture and history. Purtroppo dobbiamo condividere un’esperienza non troppo bella. La Guida parlava in italiano molto scolastico. Abbiamo avuto poche nozioni dei posti che abbiamo visitato, molto spesso rimaneva in silenzio ed alle nostre domande ha dato risposte dubbie. La macchina per il transfer aveva un forte odore di fumo. Il giro con il tuc tuc caro e di poco interesse (abbiamo fatto un giro in una zona vecchia). Il tour avrebbe dovuto durare 8 ore mentre dopo 6 ore siamo stati riaccompagnati in hotel.

Ci dispiace che l'attività non sia stata del tutto di vostro gradimento. Le guide interagiscono con i partecipanti per offrire loro un'esperienza il più possibile coinvolgente. Ci dispiace che non abbiate avuto questa impressione. Abbiamo già esteso il feedback a voi con l'intenzione di migliorare ulteriormente. D'altra parte, la durata delle attività indicate sul nostro sito web è indicativa e può variare in base a diversi fattori, come il numero di partecipanti o le loro interazioni con la guida, tra gli altri. In questo caso, siamo venuti a sapere che non avete pranzato durante l'escursione, riducendo così la sua durata. Ci scusiamo per qualunque disagio causato.

Chofer excelente y guia bien, sinpatico e intentando agradar aunque algunas explicaciones eran enrevesadas, quizas x dominio de idioma. Lo que no es de recibo es pagar las entradas a la ciudad prohibida y ademas al guia! Ademas en los hutongs es mejor hacerlo andando y no en el taxi bicicleta que te ofrecen que es carisimo.

Guía amable pero con pocas ganas de explicar y menos de visitar lo previsto, limitándose a dar una explicacion muy breve y por encima de lo visitado, saltando la visita de un gran número de edificios la Ciudad Prohibida, descartando la visita ya de inicio por ejemplo del mausoleo de Mao sin darnos opción a elegir. La visita de los hutongs fue una tomadura de pelo al no permitirnos contratar directamente unos triciclos y tener que comprar un tour extra para realizar el recorrido en triciclo, además de decir que dicho tour incluía una visita a una casa de te que no era sino una tienda en la que parar para tratar de llevarse una comisión de lo que pudiéramos comprar. No cabe pensar que todos los turistas somos tontos y las paradas en tiendas para que el guía se lleve comisión, como la que nos hizo también por la mañana visitando un local de sedas molesta mucho.

El gerente local nos indica que el guía asignado trabaja normalmente con otras compañias cuyas políticas de tiendas son bastante diferentes, en nuestros tours no se hacen paradas en tiendas excepto que el cliente lo solicite. Sentimos lo sucedido y el guía no volverá a trabajar para los viajeros de Civitatis.
